How we work

Lesley works within the Ashridge Code of Conduct and Code of Practice for coaches.

This includes very setting out a clear contract, which will include how the individual's line manager may be involved in the coaching process, and how confidentiality will be managed.

All coaches in Lesley’s network are professionally qualified.

Before embarking on any coaching or consultancy work, Lesley and her colleagues or associates would ensure a thorough understanding of your organisational context, the market, and internal challenges you face that will impact on your leaders and their teams.

In terms of approach:

  • We will arrange an initial meeting/discussion to fully understand your need and discuss potential options
  • We will agree with you an approach to design and which stakeholders should be involved
  • We will agree how the proposed work will be finalised and agreed and a plan for implementation
  • We will also define with you prior to implementation how the work will be evaluated and what you propose as success criteria.
