Samet coaching and leadership was founded by Lesley Viner.

Lesley is passionate about helping people and organisations to develop. With a background in management consultancy and senior executive roles with major Corporate brands, Lesley has spent her career specialising in helping organisations and their people shape themselves for the challenges of tomorrow.

Lesley brings credibility, authenticity and insight to the work she does with both groups and individuals. She is recognised for her ability to enable both teams and individuals to address challenges in a constructive, thoughtful way.

Lesley qualified as an Executive Coach in 2010 and has coached people with numerous different challenges and needs. Lesley is currently working towards a MSc in Executive Coaching at Ashridge Hult Business School.

Lesley works with a select number of associate organisations and individuals where she needs to provide greater scale in particular areas of expertise. See Associates tab for details .
